LintLabs is the public brand of Lint Technologies Pte Ltd. This site is the company storefront. We sell:

• 30-day AI POC and managed AI ops for Singapore SMEs (quoted, then billed)
• ERPNext setup on Lint-managed infrastructure
• Learn — live adult AI coding workshops, booked at https://learn.lintlabs.org

We do not sell physical goods, K–12 tutoring, or financial / investment courses. Payments go through Stripe (PayNow today; Alipay when enabled) or a signed invoice.

We reply on Singapore business days. For a course booking change, include your name, email, and class time.

Refund policy

• Learn courses (paid on Stripe at learn.lintlabs.org): cancel 48 hours or more before the session start for a full refund of the amount paid, back to the original payment method (PayNow, Alipay, or other methods shown at checkout).
• Cancel less than 48 hours before start: we move you to another session with a free seat if one exists. If we cannot, we refund at our discretion.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session, you get a full refund or a free transfer — your choice.
• After a session has started, that lesson is not refunded.
• Duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. Stripe refunds to Alipay are allowed up to 90 days after the payment.
• POC / managed ops / ERPNext setup: billed under the signed quotation. Refunds follow that agreement, not this course policy.

Cancellation policy

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8909 5259 to cancel or move a Learn booking. Say the class date and the email you paid with. We confirm by email. Seats are limited; a move depends on a free seat in the new session.
