Build & run
AI agents on your real work. Proven in 30 days.
We automate one workflow on your own systems, measure it against gates we agree in writing, then run it for you. Agents do the routine work; your people approve anything that leaves the building.
What we build
Work that should not need a person to re-type it.
The best first workflow is repetitive, rule-based and costly in staff time — and has a person who can say whether the output is right.
Documents
Quotations and documents, drafted
Agents read your ERP and past work, draft the quotation or report, and hand it to a person to approve.
Systems
ERP and reporting without re-keying
Data flows from the systems you already use into the dashboards and spreadsheets people need — no manual exports.
Customers
Routine customer messages, answered
A WhatsApp receptionist that answers common questions and books appointments, through biskt, our AI workspace.
Knowledge
Meetings that turn into actions
Scribe captures what was decided; agents follow up on commitments and keep records current.
Operations
Back-office agents with an owner
Agents that watch inboxes, update records and chase deadlines — each with scoped access and a person accountable.
Foundation
ERPNext as your system of record
Company books, roles and permissions on hosting we manage — so your agents have clean data to work from.
Access
An AI gateway for your staff
One LiteLLM gateway holds your provider keys; every person or team gets their own key with a hard budget. See our guide.

How it works
Three steps, each with a clear decision.
-
Fit call
Bring one process. We ask how often it runs, who checks it, and what a mistake costs — then tell you honestly whether AI fits, what we would measure, and the price.
-
Proof of concept
One workflow, built on your systems, run with your team. Usually paid half at kickoff and half on completion.
-
Written success gates
We agree up front what “working” means — accuracy, time saved, adoption — and measure against it.
-
Your systems, read first
We start read-only on your real data, and only add write access once a gate is passed and you approve.
-
A human gate on everything outbound
Nothing leaves your team without a person approving it. Every step is logged.
-
A clear go / no-go
At day 30 you see the results against the gates and decide. The fee is credited if you continue.
-
-
Managed AI operations
The workflow keeps running and keeps getting better, billed monthly under your signed agreement.
-
Hosted on infrastructure we run
Your agents run on servers we manage, monitor and back up — not on a laptop or a shared sandbox.
-
Monitored around the clock
Uptime checks and alerts reach a named owner. Safe fixes happen automatically; anything irreversible waits for a person.
-
Improved every month
We review drafts your team corrected and tighten the workflow, so the share of first-pass approvals goes up.
-
One accountable person
You deal with the founder, who designs and runs the system — not a ticket queue.
-
Prices exclude GST and third-party usage (for example AI model or messaging costs). ERPNext setup starts from S$10,000 as a fixed-scope project, with managed hosting.
Answers
Questions, answered
How does a LintLabs AI project start?
With a free 30-minute call about one workflow. If AI is a good fit, we run a 30-day proof of concept on your real systems with written success gates, so you see it working before you commit to anything longer.
How much does an AI proof of concept cost?
A 30-day proof of concept on one workflow starts from S$10,000, fixed, usually paid half at kickoff and half on completion. If you continue to production, the fee is credited. Prices exclude GST and third-party usage.
What is managed AI operations?
After a successful proof of concept, LintLabs hosts, monitors and improves your AI workflows on infrastructure we manage, for a monthly fee. Agents do the routine work; your team approves what leaves the building.
What kinds of work can AI agents take on?
Repetitive document and operations work: drafting quotations from ERP data, pulling reports out of business systems, answering routine customer messages, and keeping records up to date — always with a person approving anything that goes to a client or moves money.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We build, host and run the system; your team reviews and approves in the tools they already use. If you want your people to build skills too, Learn and our team workshops cover that.
Can you set up an AI gateway so our staff don’t share API keys?
Yes. We deploy and run LiteLLM gateways: your provider keys or cloud credits stay on one server, and each person or team gets a virtual key with allowed models, a hard budget, rate limits and an expiry — with every call’s cost recorded. We have run our own gateway in production since July 2026.
Do you set up ERPNext?
Yes. We set up ERPNext — company books, roles and permissions — on hosting we manage, as a fixed-scope project. It is often the system of record that AI agents then work from.
How does LintLabs keep AI agents safe?
Agents draft; people approve. Only a person can submit or send quotations, invoices and payments, and new kinds of client message or anything about price go to a person first. Each agent has its own scoped account, our agents reach AI models only through a gateway that caps and records spend, and about 70 automated policy checks run every night.
Can an AI agent send emails or invoices on its own?
Not invoices, quotations or payments: the permission to submit or send money documents is held by a person, and a nightly check fails if an agent ever gains it. Agents draft client messages; only a routine kind of message that a person has already approved several times can go out automatically, and anything new or about price always waits for a person.
Pick the workflow. We’ll prove it.
Thirty minutes with the founder. Bring one process that eats your team’s time — we’ll tell you honestly whether AI can take it on, and what it would cost.
