Privacy notice
Who we are
Lint Technologies Pte Ltd runs lintlabs.org and handles personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This notice covers this website. Learn, Scribe and biskt are covered by their own terms where those are published.
What we collect on this site, and why
- Visit statistics, without cookies. We count page views, referring sites, browser type and country so we know which pages help people. This uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own counter; neither sets cookies or builds a profile of you.
- Button clicks. When you click certain buttons (for example “Book a call”), we record the button, the page, the referring site and any campaign tag in the link. We do not record your name, email or IP address with these events.
- How you found us. Your browser keeps the campaign tags and the first page you visited (stored locally on your device, not on our servers) and adds them to our booking link, so we know which channel brought you.
- Bookings. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, answers and chosen time. We copy these, with how you found us, into our business system so we can prepare for the call and follow up.
- Messages. If you email or WhatsApp us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to provide any service you ask for.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), our email and messaging providers, and our self-managed business system. Some of these providers process data outside Singapore; we use reputable providers and only share what each needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept while they are relevant to a possible or current business relationship, and as required by law for business records. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email our data protection contact at [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
