About LintLabs

What is LintLabs?
LintLabs is a Singapore AI lab run by Lint Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 202523899C). It teaches people to direct AI through Learn, turns meetings into usable knowledge with Scribe, and builds and runs AI agents for businesses — with a human approving every action that involves money or clients.
Who founded LintLabs?
LintLabs was founded in Singapore by Vasanth (Vas) Sreeram; Lint Technologies Pte Ltd was incorporated in June 2025. Vas leads the work directly — you speak with the person who designs and runs your system.
Where is LintLabs based, and who do you work with?
LintLabs is based in Singapore. We work with Singapore SMEs, research labs and universities — including engineering, construction, manufacturing, research and education teams.
What does “AI-native” mean?
An AI-native team uses AI as part of how work gets done: people know how to direct and check AI, knowledge is captured so agents can use it, and routine work is handled by agents under clear human approval.

Build & run

How does a LintLabs AI project start?
With a free 30-minute call about one workflow. If AI is a good fit, we run a 30-day proof of concept on your real systems with written success gates, so you see it working before you commit to anything longer.
How much does an AI proof of concept cost?
A 30-day proof of concept on one workflow starts from S$10,000, fixed, usually paid half at kickoff and half on completion. If you continue to production, the fee is credited. Prices exclude GST and third-party usage.
What is managed AI operations?
After a successful proof of concept, LintLabs hosts, monitors and improves your AI workflows on infrastructure we manage, for a monthly fee. Agents do the routine work; your team approves what leaves the building.
What kinds of work can AI agents take on?
Repetitive document and operations work: drafting quotations from ERP data, pulling reports out of business systems, answering routine customer messages, and keeping records up to date — always with a person approving anything that goes to a client or moves money.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We build, host and run the system; your team reviews and approves in the tools they already use. If you want your people to build skills too, Learn and our team workshops cover that.
Can you set up an AI gateway so our staff don’t share API keys?
Yes. We deploy and run LiteLLM gateways: your provider keys or cloud credits stay on one server, and each person or team gets a virtual key with allowed models, a hard budget, rate limits and an expiry — with every call’s cost recorded. We have run our own gateway in production since July 2026.
Do you set up ERPNext?
Yes. We set up ERPNext — company books, roles and permissions — on hosting we manage, as a fixed-scope project. It is often the system of record that AI agents then work from.

Partners

Does LintLabs work with partners?
Yes — with referral partners. Consultants, IT providers, agencies and universities introduce clients, and LintLabs quotes, delivers, runs and bills the work directly, so the client has one accountable team.
How do referral fees work?
We agree the referral fee with each partner in writing before the first introduction. Introductions made through your tracked link are credited to you automatically.
Who owns the client relationship?
The client contracts with LintLabs for the work. We agree with you up front how you would like to stay involved — some partners join the first call, others prefer a simple introduction.

Safety & data

How does LintLabs keep AI agents safe?
Agents draft; people approve. Only a person can submit or send quotations, invoices and payments, and new kinds of client message or anything about price go to a person first. Each agent has its own scoped account, our agents reach AI models only through a gateway that caps and records spend, and about 70 automated policy checks run every night.
Can an AI agent send emails or invoices on its own?
Not invoices, quotations or payments: the permission to submit or send money documents is held by a person, and a nightly check fails if an agent ever gains it. Agents draft client messages; only a routine kind of message that a person has already approved several times can go out automatically, and anything new or about price always waits for a person.
How do you handle our data?
We handle personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We connect only to the data a workflow needs, your records stay in your own systems, production credentials live in a vault, and each agent is limited to the systems its job needs. Our main servers are in Singapore, with logs and some client systems in the EU, and AI requests go to external model providers — currently DeepSeek and Alibaba Qwen.

Learn

What is the AI Native Course?
The AI Native Course on Learn teaches you to direct, check and ship work with AI. It has five courses and 45 short video lessons: AI Foundations, Build & Ship Your First App, Direct & Debug, Test & Power Up Your Agent, and Lead Agents & Launch.
Do I need to know how to code to take Learn?
No. You start in plain language and learn to direct an AI agent and review what it produces. You are never expected to write code from scratch.
Is Learn free?
Yes, to start: the AI Native Course’s 45 short video lessons are free to watch, with no sign-up. Hands-on self-paced modules and live workshops with an instructor are paid, and prices are shown on Learn before you book.

Scribe

What is Scribe?
Scribe by LintLabs turns meeting recordings into notes that do work: decisions, commitments, numbers and next steps, each linked to the moment it was said, with named speakers. It is built for people and their AI agents, and is in open beta at scribe.lintlabs.org.
Can AI agents use Scribe?
Yes. Scribe has an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and agent-scoped API keys, so an AI agent can look up what was decided and who committed to what — and an agent key cannot delete meetings.

Training

Do you train company teams?
Yes. LintLabs runs private workshops, multi-session programmes and talks for companies, schools and universities, using the AI Native Course curriculum adapted to your team’s real work.
How long is a team workshop?
A typical session is two hours, hands-on, for up to 15 people; half-day and full-day formats are available too. Programmes link several sessions with practice in between. We quote a fixed price after a short call.
